Turn your collected traffic data into valuable insights with the optional Street Dynamics Web Portal. It allows you to access all your connected devices, including SAM 3s, TDC 2s, and PMGs.
Locate your device on the map, check its status, and access your latest traffic data. Use the Data Analysis feature to create useful reports, charts, and graphs to use for infrastructure planning, enforcement efforts, and grant proposals.
Easy Analyst Desktop Software
You can also upload traffic data via USB into the optional Easy Analyst software to create clear, colorful reports, charts, and graphics that you can present to your department, city council, and infrastructure managers. Use the reports to decide when and where to use valuable enforcement resources, inform your city planning efforts, and as part of grant applications.

Choose Your Configuration
The SAM 3 Speed Trailer comes in two configurations: the standard vertical configuration with a speed limit sign placed above a radar LED speed display, and the horizontal configuration with a speed limit sign and LED speed display mounted side by side.
The horizontal SAM 3 can be configured as ALPR-ready with a camera perch and secondary power system.

Stand Tall
The SAM 3’s display not only rotates 360°, but it can be raised up to 10.5’ (3.2m), placing the SPEED LIMIT sign at the MUTCD-regulated height of 7 ft. (2.1 m) to the bottom of the SPEED LIMIT sign.

Bright 18” amber LED numbers communicate drivers’ speed up to 1,000’ (305 m) away. Add optional red/blue strobes to alert motorists when they have exceeded your pre-set speed threshold.
The SAM 3 radar speed trailer is fitted with our exceptionally efficient proprietary LED Lamp Matrix and LED Pulse Width Modulation technology. The LED Lamp Matrix concentrates and focuses the LED’s light, allowing the motorist to see the sign at a greater distance and, thus, act on the speed warning quicker.
LED Pulse Width Modulation is also incredibly efficient, significantly reducing the drain on batteries and allowing the LEDs to remain at a consistent brightness throughout the battery’s entire discharge cycle.
Move and Set Up Anywhere
The SAM 3 features a rotating mast, allowing it to be lowered and rotated to an aerodynamic travel configuration when you are ready to move it to your next location.
It also features 4 extendable stabilizing/leveling jacks that can be individually leveled, giving you the flexibility to set the SAM 3 up in a wide variety of locations. Park it anywhere, then use the rotating mast to position the display to face traffic.
Compliance is Key
Many companies have misleading “MUTCD compliant” claims on their radar speed trailers. While they technically use the correct MUTCD-compliant YOUR SPEED signs on their trailers, these signs are not able to be displayed at the required 7′ height like ours are.
Built To Last
The SAM 3 is built on the same durable trailer as our MC360. It features a frame constructed with 2”x3” (11 gauge) solid steel, and a solid-metal tamper-proof battery box. But despite its rugged construction, the trailer is still easy for one person to move and set up.
Power Up
The SAM 3 speed sign can run for up to 8-10 days of continuous operation using its Group 27 Deep-cycle 12-volt battery. A top-mount solar panel comes standard, allowing you to run your sign indefinitely. The solar panel needs only 2.5 hours of bright sunlight to recharge a full day’s worth of battery power.
